Troy Haines

Just a bloke giving it a go.

Allright, I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm doing it. I've committed to 10 pushups for every $1 donated. It's capped at $500 so every $ after that is a bonus. 250 push ups a day from today 14/5 to 2/6 giving me 5000 total pushups. Then I'll start the actual challenge of 3307 push ups plus some from 3rd June until 24th June in support of mental health and suicide awareness. Thanks for supporting the cause. Will keep updates along the way as I go. Love and care. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days period from 3rd June until the 24th June.

For me, mental health has been a real battle at different points in life, and I know what it's like personally to be affected by it across all levels, trust me on that. And I know I'm not the only one. A lot of people struggle quietly, with pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, feeling lost, or just trying to hold everything together while looking okay on the outside. While inside your drowning not knowing how your going to make it through.

This challenge isn’t about being perfect or pretending to have it all figured out. It’s about showing up, creating awareness, and reminding people that they’re not alone in what they’re carrying. We're in this together.

I’ve learned that mental health doesn’t care who you are, what job you have, how tough you look, or how well you hide things. It affects everyone. Ultimatley we're all just bare bums in the shower with no one being better than anyone else.

So this month I’m giving this challenge a proper crack, not just for fitness, but for something that genuinely matters.

If this helps even one person feel seen, speak up, or realise they’re not alone, then it’s worth it.

Im always open for a chat or help or anything. Reach out, your never alone.
