TMCA's Push-up Challenge 2026
Supporting Lifeline Geelong VIC
Lifeline Geelong is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Geelong to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.

I’m donating purely out of respect for your upper body suffering. May your arms forgive you, your chest survive, and your dignity recover. Every push-up is a small step toward charity… and a giant leap away from being able to lift a coffee cup tomorrow. Respect. 💪
