I'm taking on The Push-Up Challenge from 3-26 June 2026 to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. The challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups.
I have known many people with various mental illnesses, and I know that the horrible suffering I am about to put myself through is nothing compared to the BS that others have to go through every day, as they try to live in a society that forces expectations on people and downplays the challenges they face.
