About My Challenge

I’m doing the Push Up Challenge this year — not because I love push ups (I don’t), but because mental health is something that’s hit close to home.

I’ve had my own battles, and I’ve seen people around me go through theirs too. It’s messy, it’s heavy, and most of the time you don’t even realise someone’s struggling until they really are.

This is my way of actually doing something about it. Raising a bit of money, a bit of awareness, and maybe getting a few more conversations happening that normally wouldn’t.

If you can spare a few bucks, awesome. If not, just check in on your people — that stuff matters more than anything.

Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC

Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
