About Our Challenge

We’re doing the Push Up Challenge this year — not because we’re fitness freaks, but because mental health is something that’s hit all of us in one way or another.

Between the sore arms and questionable form, there’s a bigger reason behind it. We’ve all either faced our own battles or seen people close to us go through theirs. It’s not always obvious, and it’s not always talked about — but it’s there.

So this is us showing up. Raising a bit of money, a bit of awareness, and hopefully reminding people to check in on their mates.

If you can support us, we appreciate it. If not, just reach out to someone — that matters just as much.

Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC

Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
