A little bit about my Challenge

This challenge more so the raising money, it’s about raising awareness - mental health is so intricately important for the function of not only ourselves but society itself. It should not be treated less than your physical health, but as an equal!

 
This is the story the push-up challenge aims to tell. Every dollar earnt goes to the best causes to help with depression and the myriad of other mental health problems that plagues our society!

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW

Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
