Team One Eighty is founded and ran by Jackson Formosa, us boys that he coaches have come together to raise awareness to this as it hits home for a lot of us. If anyone is keen to attribute to helping us hit our target goal it would be appreciated. Mental health is a serious issue that doesn’t get talked about enough and hopefully we can change that and show people that it’s okay to not be okay and that there are resources available to get the help you need.
So this June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
