About My Challenge

I’m taking on a challenge to complete 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health across Australia.

After spending the past decade working in employment services—and growing up during a time when mental health awareness and research have continued to evolve—I’ve developed a strong passion for promoting healthier minds, bodies, and communities.

Through both my professional and personal experiences, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges people face. These experiences have shaped my values and strengthened my commitment to offering support, compassion, and advocacy wherever I can.

This challenge is more than just a physical goal—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. I’m proud to be supporting Headspace and helping fund vital mental health services through this effort.

Supporting headspace

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
