About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I'm a young 22 year old proud Torres Strait Islander male, who has struggled with anxiety and depression clinically diagnosed since the age of 17. I am a survivor of suicide not once but twice, unfortunately I've had many friends and family members lost to suicide. Although I struggle time to time with my mental health, I strive to not go back to that dark place. I'm doing this to raise awareness, I still feel at times ashamed because of my mental health issues but I want to give power to those who are struggling and those who stay silent. This is my simple way of giving back. Donations are accepted but support in push-up challenges is what I would like for those unable to donate. Please don't ever feel like your alone.
