WE ARE THE SUPERNOVAS
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
We will be doing this for everyone out there who has, and currently is suffering from a mental health illness. Don't forget to reach out for help if you need it, and also to ask people if they are ok.
