About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health, my goal in life is to put smiles on faces and make a positive impact on the world. I’ve chosen headspace as the foundation for my cause, headspace is such a great cause and focuses on youth and early adulthood, the highest mental health rate is ages 16-24 so there complete focus is on creating brighter futures.

By supporting me your putting the pieces together and building the foundation for my goal, but the most important thing about this challenge is that it shines light and awareness for not just men but all people in Australia which will have a great impact on the world, it’s not just me doing this it’s US!, let’s smash these stigmas and show people that it ain’t weak to speak and that every human matters and is loved.

I’m very grateful for this opportunity because I’ve faced many dark times in my life and so have the people around me and by getting to do my part in improving this issue is a blessing and something I won’t forget.

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
