About Our Challenge
This June, our St Eugene community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
Together, we’ll be raising awareness of mental health and shining a light on the number of lives lost to suicide each year — while getting involved in a positive, active initiative.
This is something everyone can be part of — staff, students, families and the wider community.
💪 You can get involved by:
- Creating your own team within the St Eugene community
- Joining an existing team
- Supporting someone who’s taking part
- Donating to help make a difference
Whether you’re doing every push-up, modifying movements, or simply backing others, every bit of involvement counts.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
