3307.
An innocuous number to most, but in reality it carries with it a weight that nobody should have to bear. Nor their families, spouses, friends, teachers. Nor anyone.
3307 represents Australia’s death toll by suicide in 2024. 11.8 out of every 100,000 people die by suicide every year. A preventable disease.
Since then, the Push Up Challenge vows to lower that number, and raise awareness around mental health worldwide. Every year from June 3rd to 26th participants do 3307 push ups to raise funding and awareness.
Mental health is real and as serious and impactful as physical health. Join me, this year in 2026, as we take this on together. 3307 push ups? Nothing compared to the strength of those who died, and those who are still alive.

Supporting headspace Gosford
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
