Push Up Challenge - Euro Summer Edition

I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia, with all donations to my page supporting WA Lifeline.

Mental health advocacy and awareness holds a particularly important place in my heart, so I hope you can help me help many more Australian's with funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives. (plus donations are tax deductible!!)

Supporting Lifeline WA

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA

Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.

At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress – impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.

Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services – including phone, text, and chat – ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2026, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
