About My Challenge
This month, I'm taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Mental health became deeply personal for me after losing my cousin Marshall. At just 32, he was a dad, partner, son, brother and mate to many. He was the sort of person who could make everyone laugh and bring people together, and his loss left a lasting impact on our family and community.
His passing was a heartbreaking reminder that struggles aren't always visible, and that even those who seem strongest can be carrying more than we realise.
I'm completing this challenge in Marshall's memory and to help raise awareness about the importance of checking in on those around us, having meaningful conversations, and supporting people when they need it most.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Every dollar helps fund much-needed mental health services and initiatives, helping create better mental health outcomes for Australians.
For Marshall, and for everyone facing battles we can't see.
