About My Challenge
Each year roughly 2500 men commute suicide, that makes up %75 of all suicides. In that category separated fathers make up roughly 500-600 of that number. Separated men are between 5-9 times more likely to commit suicide, this makes these men the biggest group represented in those figures.
Im doing this challenge for these awesome Dads, who's struggle was too great to bare anymore and felt there was no other way out. I hope that my contribution and hopefully yours too can lead to awareness and services that can help these blokes in need.
Im completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services.
Thanks Rod
