About My Challenge

This June, we go again.

For the third year running, the boys from High Performance Fathers are stepping up to complete 3,307 push-ups — not just for the physical challenge, but for something far bigger.

Mental health.

We do this because we know what it’s like to carry pressure, responsibility, and silence. As fathers, leaders, and men, we’re often the ones others rely on — but this challenge reminds us that we don’t have to carry it alone.

Every rep is a choice:

To show up.

To stay disciplined.

To push through resistance — physically and mentally.

But more importantly, it’s about connection.

Camaraderie. Brotherhood. Accountability.

High Performance Fathers isn’t just a group — it’s a standard. A place where men hold the line for each other, speak up, and stay in the fight together.

This challenge has strengthened more than our bodies — it’s built resilience, created conversations, and reinforced the importance of looking after our mental health.

Because real strength isn’t just physical.

It’s being willing to show up when it’s hard.

It’s being willing to speak when it’s uncomfortable.

And it’s knowing you’ve got a crew beside you that won’t let you fall.

3307 reps. Together. No excuses.
