About My Challenge
As 16 year old boy working to become a leader who cares for others and does his best do what he can, I engage in this challenge for a bit of fun but also to help raise awareness for men's mental health.
A quote which has stuck with me and grown on me more and more recently was "Make someone's day better everyday", funnily enough I heard this while listen to SEN when driving back from Cross Country training with my Dad. The person who said this was an american father whom was always facing struggles with helping son through his disability of being deaf since a young age. One day, the school's basketball whom the father was the coach of came to school but with a special message or sign, the team learn't the ILY sign to tell the child. This moment, despite being relatively simple to do changed how the kid would feel about going to school.
And so, I wish to also do my part in making someone's day better by helping raise awareness to such an important issue.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
