About My Challenge

After running one of the largest student led Push Up Teams in the state, over 72,000 pushups completed in 23 days, and raising over $1,000, I'm back to go bigger than before. Aiming for a larger reach and more money raised, I hope to bring my community closer as we all push for change

Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.

Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.

Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
