About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days between 3-26 June to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. This is a cause that is close to my heart and I am sure that many of my colleagues in DAFF have family or friends affected by mental health, if not affected themselves.

This event is not just about physical fitness (although that has been one of my goals this year). It's an opening for discussion and an opportunity to remind ourselves that we are surrounded by a community of supportive colleagues, many of whom have been through similar life experiences. When we come together for causes like this we show the One DAFF spirit at its best.

Donations over $2 are fully tax-deductable. With EOFY around the corner it's a great time to make a difference. Every donation helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
