About My Challenge

I’ll be honest, asking for support like this isn’t something that comes naturally to me. But this one matters.

I’ve signed up for the Push-Up Challenge, taking on 3,307 push-ups over 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health here in Australia.

Like a lot of people, mental health is something that’s touched my life pretty closely, through my own ups and downs, and through family and friends over the years. It’s one of those things that never really feels far away, which is why getting behind initiatives like this (and Movember) means a lot to me.

This year, I’ve also got a pretty great support crew — Lacy and the boys are already talking about jumping in and grinding out a few push-ups alongside me, which should make it even more meaningful (and probably a bit more competitive too).

If you’re in a position to support, any donation, big or small, genuinely makes a difference. Every dollar goes toward improving mental health services and support across Australia.
