Supporting Lifeline Tasmania
We are completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for suicide in Australia. 3,307 represents the number of suicides in 2024, with many being felt personally in the Tasmanian Community.
Suicide remains a leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44, and Indigenous Australians experience rates roughly double that of non-Indigenous Australians. Tragically men account for 75% of these numbers.

Supporting Lifeline Tasmania
Lifeline Tasmania is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Tasmania and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Tasmania to continue to support the local community through its suicide prevention services and ensure any Tasmanian who needs support knows where and how to find it.
