About My Challenge
I have signed up for the sixth time to participate in the Push-up challenge. This is very important to me as I have seen family, friends and colleagues impacted by mental health - an underfunded part of our health system. This is a wonderful initiative and I am very pleased to be a part of it.
I will be completing 3,307 push-ups over 24 days - between 3-26 June - to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. I will also be posting some interesting facts about mental heath issues that will correlate to the number of daily pushups - so stay tuned.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
