For the canteen money!!!!

I reallly want money for the canteen. Ever since I got my id card, I was never able to buy anything from the canteen. I would always watch my friends buying cookies in the canteen. And saying hurtful words like "Cookies are so cheap!" and "a dollar wont hurt!".
