Too many people suffer in silence because they're afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or seen as weak.
The truth is that asking for help takes strength and no one should ever suffer alone.
Together we are better ,we can help break the stigma, start conversations without shame and remind people they're not alone !
This year My incredible family and I are uniting and supporting mental health in the push up challenge!

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress – impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services – including phone, text, and chat – ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2026, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping Lifeline WA provide life-saving support across our vast state. Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.
