About My Challenge
This year has been on of the most difficult years of my life. As many of you would know, Lorinda Watson and I have been going through IVF with so many ups and downs, health struggles, rainbow babies, embryos, excitement and disappointments along with the passing of Nonno earlier in Jan. Its been hard on our mental health but through the gym I can clear my head to be strong for my family.
This year, again, I am doing the push up challenge to help raise even more funds for mental health awareness and help. Together we need to form a network, together we need to help each other, together we need to lean on each other to help one another in both positive and negative times. Celebrate our wins and gather our loses together. We all go through hardship and tough times, we are all human no matter where we come from or who we are.
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
