About Our Challenge
Ancil C Crew are aiming to complete 3,307 push-ups/sit-ups/squats over our next two swings to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. We hope to breakdown the stigma around mental health and provide a space for the crew to reflect on and openly chat about men's mental health, coinciding with Men's Health Week in June.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
