This June, I’ll be joining my Hannover colleagues for The Push-Up Challenge - 3,307 push-ups over 24 days, reflecting the lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent reporting year.

It’s a simple concept, but one that stays with you. Because mental health isn’t always visible - yet it touches more of us than we realise. 1 in 5 Australians experience mental ill-health each year, often quietly.

For me, this is really about awareness and understanding… and being a little more intentional about how we show up for the people around us.

Proud to be part of a team getting behind something that matters.

And a small nudge for all of us - to check in, to listen, and to create space where we can.

If it sparks even a conversation, it’s worth it.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
