About My Challenge

I’m completing 3,307 push-ups with my team in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Last year was one of the hardest periods of my life. I went through a very difficult betrayal, major life upheaval, chronic knee pain after multiple procedures, and deep loneliness while trying to rebuild from almost nothing. I struggled with dark, numb, and drained periods, but I’ve been working hard to get through it by going to therapy, forcing myself to the gym even on the worst days, and taking small steps forward.
This challenge is also about speaking openly about mental health. Too many men suffer in silence, feeling ashamed to ask for help. I’ve learned the hard way that reaching out, getting therapy, and admitting when you’re not okay is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting headspace

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
