About My Challenge
Thank you to all who have supported me along the way, and during TPUC-2025.
From June 4 to 26, I, along with many Australians, joined The Push Up Challenge to improve our physical and mental fitness, to have fun and raise funds to make a difference to mental health in Australia.
This year, parallel to completing the challenge of 3,214 pushes, I completed 32,140 total pushes. My extra goal not only supports the memory of my late brother Matt(tile image) who suicided 2002, but is also for my own personal challenges post being affected by the Grampian’s bushfires 2024-2025.
Thanks to TPUC I have definitely 'pushed' myself this year, and my motto this year is 'ADD A ZERO FOR MY HERO'. Not only was Matt my big brother, my mate, a leader, graduate, writer, teacher and musician, he remains a hero to me.
On behalf of The Push Up Challenge and their partnership with LIFELINE, I thank you for your time reading and your considering to support my own personal Push.
