My goals, enjoy the challenge
Last year’s Push-Up Challenge was the start of a much healthier lifestyle for me. What began as a fun challenge in 2025 ended up completely changing my mindset towards fitness and health. During the challenge I noticed my body shape changing, I felt better, and I genuinely enjoyed the improvement, so I kept going with regular push-ups and exercise afterwards.
Then from February through to the end of April this year, I took things to another level and lost 15kg. The Push-Up Challenge was honestly the spark that started it all.
That’s one of the reasons I’m doing it again this year. Beyond raising awareness and funds for mental health, I hope other people might use this challenge as the beginning of something positive in their own lives too. Small daily efforts really can turn into life-changing habits.
