About My Challenge

Hey all,
 
I am doing the push up challenge for mental health that starts in June. There are a few of us at work here that have teamed up and are doing it as we feel that it is such a good initiative. 3307 pushups in 23 days. Stats show that 3307 lives were lost to suicide in 2024 in Australia.
 
Having struggled with my mental health on and off over the years, and will likely continue to, this is something that is close to me.  I look forward to giving back at least something to provide an avenue to help anyone who is feeling worthless, scared, unsure, sad, insecure, alone, or is just plain hurting.
