About My Challenge
Mental health is an issue very close to my heart, and I want to raise money to help make sure that no one ever has to feel like they don't matter. Mental health can take over someone's daily life and make them struggle with "simple" tasks like getting out of bed, or basic self care like showering eating and brushing teeth. I want to do as much as I can to make people feel seen, heard and looked out for.
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. The target represents 3,307 people who died by suicide in Australia during 2024.
