About My Challenge

Having recently recovered from a broken arm and having to forego any exercise for three months while I recovered, I have seen firsthand the impact a lack of exercise can have on my mental health. Not only is this a good way to keep myself accountable in rebuilding my fitness, but it's a powerful reminder of how dire the mental health crisis is in Australia.

Every single one of these 3,214 push-ups represents an Australian person who took their life in 2023. That's nearly 9 per day. While push-ups naturally don't come easily to me and can be somewhat painful, it pales in comparison to the friends and families left behind by those who saw suicide as their only option.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
