About My Challenge
Hey,
I am again taking part in the Push Up challenge. This year is a bit different though. Where in previous years, I was fundraising for the amazing work that Lifeline does in the mental health space, this year I am fundraising for Gaza.
The horrific situation in Gaza means that the people of Gaza are on the brink of starvation. My mental health cannot cope with the situation, and I cannot even imagine the mental trauma that the people of Gaza have and are continuing to endure.
Unicef is one organisation that is trying to get aid into Gaza. Please support their efforts.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
