Our health is important
We’re a family team taking on the Push‑Up Challenge this June… not for fundraising, not for applause, and not for a cause bigger than ourselves. This year, the cause is us.
We’re showing up because mental health starts at home, in the small choices we make and the people who hold us accountable. We know that tiny steps matter, and that consistency beats intensity. So we’re committing to moving our bodies, checking in on each other, and proving that progress doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
We care deeply about others, but this time we’re practising what we often preach: you can’t pour from an empty cup. This challenge is our way of filling ours unit we are doing it together.
Supporting Lifeline South West VIC
Lifeline South West VIC is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline South West VIC to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
