About Our Challenge
Our team is proudly participating in the Push-Up Challenge to help raise awareness of mental health and encourage important conversations within our community.
We're also using this opportunity to support Headspace NT, with whom we collaborate to provide a weekly workout for young people in a safe and supportive environment. In addition, we're backing our member Jarrod, who is serving as an ambassador for the challenge and helping to promote the importance of mental health awareness.
Through our participation, we hope to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and show our commitment to supporting positive mental health outcomes for everyone.
Supporting headspace Darwin
headspace Darwin is a youth mental health service for young people aged 12 to 25, focusing on the early intervention of mental health problems. The centre also provides support around physical health, alcohol and other drugs, work and study and encompasses an early psychosis support service.
