Why 3,3307 pushups in 24 Days?!

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

I've done Dry January for me. For my kids. I've done Dry February to raise awareness for mental health. This time I'm going further: 3,307 push-ups in 24 days.

That number isn't random. It represents the Australians we lose to suicide every year. Around 75% of them are men.

Men who looked fine. Men who never asked for help. Men who didn't know how.

I'm a dad, an empath, and someone who spent years putting everyone else's needs before his own. I know what it costs to suffer in silence. I refuse to stay quiet about it. I refuse to add to the statistics when things get too heavy. And I know so many more are out there, just like me, with too much to carry and unable to get the help they need.

Every push-up is a rep for someone who didn't make it. Every dollar you give funds the services that help those who still can.

Push for the ones who couldn't.

Supporting Lifeline Queensland

Lifeline Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push‑Up Challenge, a chance to come together, get involved and make a real difference.

Every day, people across Queensland reach out to Lifeline in their hardest moments. By taking part in the Challenge, you are helping raise awareness of mental health and suicide, and supporting an organisation that is there for people 24/7, when it matters most.

Whether you are doing push‑ups, cheering others on or sharing the message, every action helps support the work of Lifeline Queensland and reminds people that help is always available and no one has to face things alone.
