About My Challenge
3,307 lives were lost to suicide in 2024. To prevent this I am doing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding money to wellness foundations for Australians who are in need for a service and that the quality of the service keeps getting better.
To help in this issue please donate you prefered amount as even a small amount of money can change someone's life. This money also prevents a crsis network from shutting down and actually gives more resources so that more people can seek help
Dedicated to: Crisis netwroks who shut down because of money leaving people with no service
Supporting Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney
Lifeline Macarthur and Wester Sydney is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
