About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Doing the challenge last year was tough, but I am grateful for the struggle and the reflections along the journey. I would like to share a bit more of what the challenge involves this year.
Working in the mental health industry and, just getting older; I can see how many people are impacted by mental health. Join that with the pandemic of loneliness... this is something that needs to be spoken, verbally or physically through a push up.

- Doing a push up/ some form of exercise and tell me about it (a student told me they did 150 push ups for me over the weekend once)
- Find some way to serve others (gets you out of your own head)
