About My Challenge
I’m taking on a personal challenge—3,307 push-ups in 24 days—to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia, honouring the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in 2024.
Mental health affects so many of us, whether directly or through someone we care about. It’s not always openly talked about, yet it plays a huge role in our wellbeing, relationships, and ability to live full, meaningful lives. I believe everyone deserves access to support when they need it—without stigma or barriers.
That’s why I’m pushing myself physically: to highlight the importance of mental health and contribute, in a small way, to real change.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia, funding vital services, early intervention programs, and initiatives that make a genuine difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey 💙
