About My Challenge
This year I’m joining Wesley Mission’s team for Push-Up Challenge, to raise money for Lifeline
I’m proud that Wesley Mission founded Lifeline more than 60 years ago—creating a service that continues to be there for Australians in their hardest moments.
One of the reasons I came to Wesley Mission was to contribute to improving mental health—not just through advocacy, but by using my professional skills to help drive real change. That’s grounded in lived experience, including my own journey through mental health challenges and surviving suicide.
The Push-Up Challenge is a small but visible way to be part of something bigger—raising awareness, backing life-saving services, and standing with those who are doing it tough.

Our centre serves a vast area, covering all of Sydney south of the Harbour Bridge, extending to Strathfield, the Eastern suburbs and encompassing the entire Sutherland Shire. Now, more than ever, our community needs your support!
