About My Challenge
I’m taking on a push-up challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health support.
Mental health is something that has had a deep impact on my life. I’ve experienced firsthand how heavy it can be, and I’ve also lost my mum to it. That loss is something I carry with me every day, and it’s part of why I want to do something positive in her memory.
This challenge is my way of turning something painful into action. Every push-up represents a step forward — not just for me, but for anyone who is struggling silently or feels like they’re on their own.
I will be aiming for 3307 push-ups as part of this challenge, pushing myself both physically and mentally to raise awareness and support for something that affects so many people.
If you’re able to donate, share, or even just take a moment to think about someone in your life who might be struggling, it all makes a difference. No one should have to face mental health battles alone.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any support you can give.
