About My Challenge
I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days.
I’ve recently lost someone in my life due to mental health and I’d like to take the opportunity to turn my grief into something positive.
This year I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge to honour his memory, help break the silence around mental health, and raise funds for life changing services Australia.
Mental health struggles can be invisible, and too often people suffer in silence. Every push-up I complete is a small act to show we care, we’re listening, and no one has to go through hard times alone.
