About My Challenge

I’m officially at that age where a “push-up challenge” feels less like fitness and more like a workplace hazard assessment. The shoulder’s a bit dodgey, the knees crack louder than a campfire, and I need a warm-up just to think about getting on the floor. But look, I’m still having a crack — easing into it, negotiating with my joints, and counting reps like they’re gold. If I make it to ten without pulling something or needing a lie-down and a cup of tea, that’s basically elite athlete territory. One push-up at a time, steady as she goes. 💪

I'm, at least thinking of, completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
