About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and aiming to complete a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Taree
At headspace Taree, we support young people aged 12 - 25 years in our Local Government Area. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services and a GP at our site. Donations made to headspace Taree for the challenge will help us reach even more young people in our area and let them know we are here and can help them make changes to get back into life.
