This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
As part of headspace Canberra, we see firsthand how important it is that young people have access to free, safe and supportive mental health services when they need them. Too many young people are struggling, and we know that early support can make a real difference.
This challenge is a chance to start conversations, reduce stigma, and remind people that mental health matters—every day.

Supporting headspace Canberra
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
