Supporting headspace Bathurst
This June, headspace Bathurst is taking part in The Push‑Up Challenge, completing push‑ups between 3–26 June to raise awareness for youth mental health.
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention support to young people aged 12–25. Through our headspace centres, online and phone services, vocational support, and work in schools, we help young people get the support they need, when they need it most.
The support we receive from our community helps us continue our work here in Bathurst, supporting young people to be mentally healthy, connected, and engaged in their communities.

Supporting headspace Bathurst
Since 2008, headspace Bathurst has been supporting young people in the Bathurst community through a variety of means, such as general early intervention mental health support, outreach at local schools and community hubs and community events. As one of the original 30 headspace centres in the country to open, headspace Bathurst has a storied history of helping young people aged 12-25 build strong mental resilience and mental health literacy, and any donations will help enrich our multifaceted service delivery in-centre.
