headspace Bathurst Push‑Up Challenge Community
This June, the headspace Bathurst community is coming together to take part in The Push‑Up Challenge, helping to shine a spotlight on mental health and the impact it has on young people in our community.
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, supporting young people aged 12–25 through early intervention mental health services. Locally in Bathurst, we work alongside young people, families, schools, and the community to create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can feel supported, understood, and connected.
By getting involved in The Push‑Up Challenge, you’re helping to raise awareness, start important conversations, and support better mental health outcomes for young people.
You can create a team, join a team, or support someone taking part. Every push‑up completed and every dollar raised helps us continue supporting young people to be mentally healthy and engaged in their community.

Supporting headspace Bathurst
Since 2008, headspace Bathurst has been supporting young people in the Bathurst community through a variety of means, such as general early intervention mental health support, outreach at local schools and community hubs and community events. As one of the original 30 headspace centres in the country to open, headspace Bathurst has a storied history of helping young people aged 12-25 build strong mental resilience and mental health literacy, and any donations will help enrich our multifaceted service delivery in-centre.
