About My Challenge
I’ve committed to completing 1,654 push‑ups in just 24 days, and I’m doing it for a reason that matters deeply to me: supporting mental health in Australia. This challenge isn’t just about physical strength. It’s about showing up every day, pushing through discomfort, and reminding myself—and others—that small, consistent actions can create real change.
Mental health affects so many people in ways we often don’t see. Behind closed doors, in quiet moments, in the lives of friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers we pass every day. Too many people struggle in silence, and too many go without the support they need. That’s why I’m taking part in this challenge. Every push‑up represents someone who might be fighting a battle no one else knows about. Every rep is a reminder that we can all do something—big or small—to help.
By taking on this challenge, I’m raising awareness and much‑needed funds for mental health services and initiatives across Australia. These programs provide support, education, crisis intervention, and community resources that genuinely change lives. They help people feel seen, heard, and supported. They help families navigate difficult times. They help communities build resilience. And they help break down the stigma that still surrounds mental health.
You can be part of this effort with me. If you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support through a tax‑deductible donation to my fundraising page. Every contribution—no matter the size—helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes for people across the country. Your donation goes directly toward services that make a real difference in people’s lives.
I’m putting in the physical work, day after day, but this isn’t something I can do alone. Your encouragement, your generosity, and your willingness to stand with me all help fuel this mission. Together, we can raise awareness, spark conversations, and support the organisations doing vital work on the ground.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, for caring about mental health, and for considering a donation. It means more than you know.
